Most items are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Please note that some goods can not be shipped via any of the above carriers due to their size or configuration, and a carrier specializing in such items is the means of delivery. All truck deliveries are made curbside and are not an inside delivery. Inside delivery can be requested at an additional cost. If you do not request this at the time of order and insist on the carrier delivering inside you will be charged for the additional delivery fee.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. All items shipped to us without an RMA number displayed on the outside packaging will be refused. You must first apply for an RMA with our Customer Service department within 15 days of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted beyond 15 days from the date of delivery. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping costs back to us (including items originally shipped with "Free Shipping"). Custom and special orders may not be returned.
Please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Returned goods must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only (not US Mail) freight prepaid and must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. If the goods are not returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, the return may be denied.
Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
