Sometimes because Bobi Steel Keys are European made it can be difficult to find duplicate or replacements blanks locally at a Home Center or Hardware Store. In the event you need more keys and have trouble finding a Store or Locksmith locallyto cut new keys for you please order directly from us.
Your unique Key Number is marked on each key you received when you purchased your Bobi Mailbox. The number should read KT or TK + 4 Numbers, as example TK1234 or KT1234. Please include your key number in the "Comments" section during checkout.

If you prefer to have an unlocked mailbox the lock can easily be changed to thumb latch.
The Thumb Latch will fit into the same hole as the Lock.
Using a Thumb Latch will enable anyone to easily open your mailbox.
Installation instructions are provided with the latch.
